How often do the statistics update?

Player stats will update immediately following a page refresh.

I am connected to the server, but appearing as offline.

If refreshing the page doesn't work, it is likely that you have online status disabled in your in-game settings.

My name comes back as invalid, even though I am entering it correctly.

  • If you have recently changed your name, try entering your previous name.
  • If you have not recently changed your name, try searching with your UUID which can be found on NameMC .
  • If neither of these solutions work, it is likely that the API ratelimit has been reached, in which case try searching your name again after a couple of minutes.

What happened to Live Track and Leaderboards?

Live Track and Leaderboards unfortunately had to be removed due to Hypixel API policy changes.
